includes a general adoption of European Regulation (EC) No. 1223\/2009.<\/p><p>The reform in the field of cosmetics, which implemented on April 1st 2023, aims at adopting the principals of the European regulation, by updating the Israeli regulation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-07f6498 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"07f6498\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The main changes established by the reform in cosmetics are:<\/p><ol><li>The reform includes a general adoption of European Regulation subject to the regulator&#8217;s discretion to adopt national deviations. Goods that will be eligible to be included in the reform, will be imported to Israel subject to compliance of the importer in the domestic laws&#8217; requirements such the appointment of a person or an organization that will be registered as RP &#8220;<strong>Responsible Person<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/li><li>The reform reduces bureaucracy in applications for an import license in parallel import of goods, such as an omission the requirement of documents originating from a manufacturer.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ede0608 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ede0608\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div
